“Excellent Northern-style phở. Even on weekday lunchtimes, it's busy but it's worth the wait. I had the rare beef phở and it was delicious. Full of flavour and the beef was tender.
The limited oxtail version of the phở was also incredible. The meat was rich and delicious. It made me work more for my meal than the rare beef version but it was worth it.
The condiment options means you can eat it as a northern-style phở as intended or you can use the hoisin sauce, Sriracha and lime to make it more like the southern-style.”
