"Pas bon. A french crepe is thin, crispy, blond, light. This is the reverse : thick, brown, heavy, soggy. The cooking plate is not hot enough, the crepe layer is too thick, the crepe batter has not rested long enough, it lacks eggs: to sum up, a ghastly result."
