“I had the "Braised Beef Noodles Soup" (top left on the menu) which comes with their hand-pulled noodles. Apparently you can specify the thickness of the noodles but we weren't asked, so we had the default ones, which had a great texture.
The portion was big, I couldn't quite finish it although that might be related to the small bowl of their free self-serve soup which was epic - a big hit of white pepper!
The beef was more firm than I was expecting, but not dry. I would have liked a little more kick from the broth, but that's just me being picky. I'll definitely be back soon!”
